Reiki is energy work, where a transfer of energy takes place when the practitioner places their hands on the client’s “Chakras” or energy centers. Reiki induces a sense of harmony and peace that promotes the process of healing in mind and body. The client is requested to arrive wearing loose fitting comfortable clothing. This procedure is done fully clothed.

1st Level is when the chakra centers are opened fully to allow more energy flow to come into you. Once that has occurred you are able to direct the energy to yourself for increased sense of balance.
